Supfrica Messenger collects the following information to provide our instant messaging, audio, and video call services:
- Account Information: Phone number, profile name, profile picture
- Contacts: With your permission, we access your contacts to help you connect with other Supfrica users
- Messages & Calls: Metadata about your communications (who you contact and when), not the content itself
- Device Information: Device model, operating system, and mobile network information
- Location: Approximate location derived from IP address for regional features
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve our messaging and calling services
- Verify your identity and prevent spam/abuse
- Enable end-to-end encrypted communications
- Provide customer support
- Analyze usage trends to improve app performance
3. End-to-End Encryption
All messages, audio calls, and video calls on Supfrica Messenger are protected with end-to-end encryption. This means we cannot read or listen to your communications.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary:
- Account data until you delete your account
- Undelivered messages for up to 30 days
- Log data for up to 90 days
5. Your Rights
You can:
- Access and update your profile information in-app
- Delete your account and data through the app settings
- Disable contact syncing in privacy settings
- Request a copy of your data by contacting us
6. Children's Privacy
Supfrica Messenger is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We will notify users of significant changes through in-app notifications.
